Mental Health
Our experienced team undertakes a variety of mental health work representing patients and relatives at Mental Health Review Tribunals, as well as providers of Mental Health services. The team offers specialist advice and assistance on judicial review applications. They can be instructed at short notice and will agree fees within the remit of the fixed fee scale relating to section 2 and 3 hearings.
