Social Welfare
Our Social welfare group has expertise on a diverse range of issues including welfare benefits, debt, consumer credit, community care, and human rights. Practitioners are highly experienced in judicial review proceedings across the whole range of social welfare issues and can advise and represent at the Appeal Tribunal and Social Security Appeal Commissioners, particularly when critical points of law are at stake.
