Notable Cases

G (a minor) and Nixon (2013) – The Claimant was claiming damages as a result of being sexually abused by the Defendant.

Bell and Wytcherley (2013) - The Claimant was involved in a motorcycle accident and sustained multiple injuries including a Le Fort fracture and a ruptured testicle. The accident caused the Claimant to have an increased risk of infertility. Numerous medico- legal experts were obtained.

Patten and Wollaston (2012) - The Claimant was involved in a road traffic accident and sustained a number of injuries including tinnitus. The case involved consideration of pre-existing conditions of tinnitus, cervical spondylosis and degenerative spinal disease.

Hindson and Marston (2011)- The Claimant suffered with complex regional pain syndrome and Dupytren's contracture following a fall. A case involving several experts where complex issues were raised in relation to causation.
