Practice Summary

Elliot has developed experience and a keen interest in housing litigation, acting at all stages of proceedings. His practice covers landlord and tenant disputes, including claims for possession, unlawful eviction, disrepair, succession and anti-social behaviour injunctions. 

Recent cases have included claims for possession, committals for breach of exclusion orders and injunctions on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Elliot drafts pleadings and provides advice across the spectrum of housing litigation and is able to turn papers around within a short timeframe.Elliot is a member of the Attorney General's C Panel of Junior Counsel.

In his spare time Elliot is a keen sportsman and continues to find the enthusiasm to follow the fortunes of Leeds United.
