Preparing and conducting civil litigation before the Guernsey Court of Appeal, the Royal Court of Guernsey, the Magistrate’s Court, the Court of Alderney, the Court of the Seneschal (Sark) and various statutory tribunals on behalf of the governments of Guernsey, Alderney and Sark, government departments and statutory bodies (including the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, the Alderney Gambling Control Commission, Guernsey Police and Guernsey Border Agency).
