Jonathan maintains a practice in all areas of personal injury litigation, regularly appearing on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants. He accepts instructions for court hearings on liability and quantum, oral applications and CCMCs.
Alongside his court work, Jonathan accepts instructions to provide written work, frequently advising on both liability and quantum, in addition to drafting pleadings and statements of case.
For a number of years Jonathan has maintained a practice in the specialist area of credit hire litigation. He regularly appears on behalf of both Claimants / Credit Hire Organisations and Defendants. He accepts instructions for court hearings on liability, quantum, oral applications and CCMCs all relating to credit hire. Jonathan has experience in all aspects of credit hire claims but has a particular interest in claims involving bailees in possession.
Over the last 3 years Jonathan has completed hundreds of hearings in the Small, Fast and Multi Tracks. Given his expertise in personal injury claims Jonathan is the perfect advocate to deal with any credit hire claim also involving claims for general damages. Jonathan has a particular interest in claims concerning property and is regularly instructed in occupiers liability, defective premises and disrepair cases. His experience as a solicitor makes Jonathan the perfect advocate in cases involving costs.

Acted for the Claimant in claim for damages following a trip on defective paving. General damages awarded of £11,000.
C v SCC
Instructed for the Claimant in two day multi track trial in a claim against her former employers following an accident at work. Claim was successful and damages of £58,000 recovered for the Claimant.
