Peter was supervised in his second six by Justin Crossley, and gained experience of a range of housing matters, including possession and disrepair claims, anti-social behaviour injunctions and judicial review claims.
Peter is now available to be instructed for both claimants and defendants in the full range of housing matters. He is also accepting instructions to advise in writing and draft statements of case. In addition to general housing work Peter is available to act in judicial review claims, and has acted for a local authority in respect of a claim concerning the authority’s risk-management system.
Prior to starting pupillage Peter worked as a County Court advocate and acted in a large number of possession hearings and enforcement hearings, including applications for charging orders.
