Vilma’s general practice includes the following:

  • wrongful interference with goods

Her specialist practice is in relation to real property and rights and interests over land including:

  • claims for damages and injunctions to prevent interference with exercise of rights over land and/or creation or continuation of nuisance on land
  • the creation of rights over land and in particular rights of way and rights to park
  • restrictive covenants (and in particular the meaning and enforceability of)
  • boundary disputes  
  • adverse possession  

Vilma does both advisory and litigious work (appearing both in Courts and Land Tribunal) and regularly provides pleadings in respect of all aspects of the above. She also represents parties in mediations.  

She has given talks and seminars on a number of the above topics including landlord and tenant, credit hire and rights over land, in particular rights to park.
