With acknowledged experts in the group, the Business & Property Team is equipped to deal with the most complex of cases.  A large and versatile team, the group exhibits a command of a broad range of areas including Chancery and company law, commercial property and construction, insolvency and banking, professional negligence, wills trusts and estates and international law.

All our members are able to represent your clients in mediation, and some are qualified Mediators with particular expertise in the area of commercial mediation.  The group has a special interest in all areas of alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and adjudication.

Building and sharing a solid knowledge base is crucial in this ever-changing area of law; through our in-house focus group we continually develop the level of expertise offered to clients. 

A mentoring strategy ensures that junior members capitalise on the accumulated wisdom of those who are more experienced.  Juniors are encouraged to seek the advice and endorsement of a senior barrister whenever they require it. Our approach is always to ensure that the client is provided with representation at a level which is appropriate to the circumstances of the case.
