As of the 1st July 2010, Zenith Chambers have restructured their clerking teams to create a new dedicated Family clerking team headed up by Beccie Hartley who was the former 1st Junior Clerk in the joint Family and Civil Team.
Beccie’s appointment as Senior Family Clerk not only reflects the high regard in which she is held by barristers and clients alike but also demonstrates the anticipated and planned growth of Zenith Chambers. The new climate in the Profession has enabled us to “think outside the box” and look at different possible initiatives which have not been possible previously. These are exciting times and the restructuring of our excellent clerking teams will enable Chambers to remain a progressive and ambitious force.
Clive Taylor will be the Senior Clerk responsible for all Civil work in chambers: an area of business that has also experienced significant growth in terms of work, number of clients and number of barristers practising in the related areas of law.
It is a mark of the continued successs of chambers, and of Beccie's abilities to take on this new role, that this structural change has been possibile. With three experienced and able Senior Clerks across the three key disciplines, we hope to continue to build on providing a first class administrative service to clients and barristers.
