Anesh’s busy housing practice covers landlord and tenant; housing; general commercial and common law.
He has particular expertise in:
Possession proceedings - nuisance and other anti-social behaviour.
Anti-social behaviour orders - advising and advocacy including Judicial Review. Anesh has developed exceptional expertise in the field of anti-social behaviour law, appeared in a number of the leading cases in this field. He also regularly appears in possession proceedings both for Tenants & Landlords.
Commercial leasehold arrangements including agricultural tenancies.
Anti-social Behaviour Injunctions. Section 153A and S.222.
Anesh also sits as a Deputy District Judge in the Civil Courts.
