The Personal Injury team at Zenith Chambers is one of the leading Personal Injury Teams in England with nearly 30 Practitioners at all levels of call.
Several well-established Personal Injury Practitioners at Zenith Chambers have been dealing with Occupational Illnesses cases for some decades. Junior members of the Personal Injury Group also practice in this area, and the Industrial Disease Group has been formed as a subsidiary unit to cater for this expanding area of work within Chambers.
The Industrial Disease Group is a large and versatile team who are equipped to deal with complex and contentious cases at all levels, representing both Claimants and Defendants.
Keeping abreast of legislative changes and new cases is crucial to our success and that of our clients. Our formal internal lecturing programme means that practitioners stay abreast of new developments and our formal mentoring programme means that junior members may seek the advice and endorsement of a more senior member of the team, fully equipping them to represent your client's best interests.
