Anesh Pema

Deputy District Judge, Tribunal Judge

Anesh is an expert in nuisance and anti-social behaviour law, including possession proceedings, judicial review and in particular, ASBOs.

He has appeared in a number of the leading cases in this field and also regularly appears in possession proceedings for both Tenants & Landlords.

Anesh has considerable experience in injunctive proceedings, including Section 153A and S.222 injunctions.

He has advised and conducted ASBOs for numerous authorities and police forces including amongst others: Kirklees MBC; Bradford MBC; Newport CC; Gwent CC; Torfaen CC; Leeds CC; Nottingham CC; Middleborough MBC; North Tyneside Council; Newcastle City Council; West Yorkshire Police; Nottinghamshire Police Authority.

Anesh is the co-author of a specialist practitioner text book on ASBOs now its 4th edition and is a contributing author to other specialist practitioner texts.
