Anesh specialises in personal injury litigation and is the chairman of Zenith Chambers’ personal injury group. He has wide experience of all types of personal injury actions including road traffic, employer’s liability, clinical negligence and industrial disease claims.
He has particular expertise in traumatic brain injury, neuro-trauma, spinal and amputation claims. He is routinely instructed in claims exceeding £100,000 and many of his claims are in excess of £1 million without a leader. He has extensive experience in acting in claims involving chronic pain and other somatoform disorders. He is well regarded for his easy rapport with clients and ability to make complex medical issues intelligible.
Anesh has wide experience of personal injury claims against local authorities following sexual abuse of children whilst in their care and in damages claims for professional negligence against educational psychologists for delayed educational development.
He also undertakes a wide range of industrial disease claims with a particular emphasis on asbestos caused conditions and noise induced deafness claims.

- Dominic v Martin - 21 July 2011- Manchester C.C. HHJ Stewart QC - Significant case relating to Stage 3 hearings where Anesh represented the claimant. Successfully appealed the DJs decision to assess general damages on the lowest point of in a range of recovery period, i.e. 9-12 months. The case will be reported on due course but will have a significant impact on the valuation of cases and settlement negotiations.
