Recent instructions involved; Fraud, Export of Chemical Weapons, Copyright and Trade Mark infringement, Environmental damage to areas of Special Scientific Interest, Asbestos, Animal Cruelty and Shipping.
John has represented police officers, lawyers and politicians charged with criminal offences.
John’s expertise in Copyright and Trademark Law and understanding of European Law took him to the House of Lords in the leading case of Johnstone.
