·         Canada Square Tower Crane Collapse
John acted for the family of the Crane operator during the exhaustive inquest into the collapse in May 2000 of a Wolff 320 BF tower crane at Canada Square, London, in which three workers were killed. He quickly developed substantial expertise in the operation, erection and maintenance of cranes.
·         Renard v Ali
Claim involving Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. All aspects of causation were considered.

  • John enjoys spending time with his family. He has fenced Epee at elite levels: He is a former National Junior Champion and won Bronze at the Commonwealth Fencing Championships in 1990. He enjoys Skiing and Mountaineering and has trivial interests in quantum physics and poetry.
