- R v Kasprzak (2011): defended a 26 year old Polish national in a case where he was charged with the attempted murder of his girlfriend, by using a Taser, tying her up and burying her
- R v Richardson & others (2011): prosecuted five defendants in the murder of a 22 year old former soldier.
- R v Krasniqi & others (2011): prosecuted four defendants who were all in a Category A prison in their attempted murder of a convicted Bosnian Serb war criminal, Radislav Krstic.
- R v Mahmood (2010): defended a 21 year old accused if a triple murder after setting fire to a house in an alleged revenge attack.
- R v Salmon (2009): defending in Bradford shooting murder by gang from Manchester. Client acquitted
- R v Matthews & Donovan (2008): acting for the prosecution in the case concerning the kidnap of the 9 year old Shannon Matthews by her mother Karen.

- R v Clark (2011): defended in one of the UK’s largest Excise Duty Diversion Frauds.
- R v Kao & others (2009): prosecuted large scale immigration fraud in which bogus teaching colleges were used as a front to provide false qualifications for UK visa applications for none EU nationals.
- R v Reynolds (2008): defending a £250million Missing Trader Intra-Community MTIC (VAT) fraud

- HSE v Compass Engineering Ltd (2011): defended a company in the HSE prosecution after an employee was dragged through an apertures said to be the size of a “CD case”.
- Natural England v York Sports Ltd (2011): defended a company and its Director in a prosecution brought by Natural England under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 in respect of a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in the North Yorkshire Moors.
