Mark is an experienced personal injury practitioner.
He acts in a broad range of personal injury cases, including

He acts for solicitors throughout England, for both Claimants and Defendants.
He has wide experience of very high value personal injury claims (of values of over £1m), and in particular of fatal accident and traumatic brain injury cases.
In 2007 and 2010 Mark was appointed by the Attorney General as Junior Counsel to the Crown (Regional Panel), which allows him to be instructed by the Treasury Solicitor to undertake civil work for government departments and other publicly funded organizations.
Mark also acts for the MIB.
