Michele has experience at all levels including the Court of Appeal. Her experience includes both prosecution and defence work which she strives to maintain a balance between. She is also instructed in Court Martial work and has undertaken private prosecution work on behalf of Local Authorities, most recently in animal cruelty. She is known for her hardworking and professional approach.

Notable Cases
- R -v- Maskeen Khan (2009). Junior Defence Counsel in multi-handed murder. The case involved the scrutiny of glass, blood and firearms residue forensic evidence and substantial cell site analysis.

Michele has given a number of talks on subjects such as disclosure and bad character evidence. She has also judged local mooting competitions.
