Sabrina has extensive experience of all forms of personal injury work, including accidents at work, occupiers’ liability, holiday claims, highway cases, and road traffic accidents (including those involving allegations of fraud and claims against the Motor Insurers Bureau). She is also experienced in occupational disease claims.
Sabrina regularly appears for claimants and defendants in equal measure in fast track and multi track claims. She also appears at CRU appeals, CICA claims and at Coroners’ Inquests.
She is routinely involved at all stages of litigation, from the provision of preliminary advice through to the conclusion at trial.
Sabrina accepts conditional fee work subject to a positive risk assessment.
