- Advised in respect of a potential professional negligence claim against solicitors alleged to have settled a fibromyalgia claim at an undervalue and/or failed to instruct appropriate experts. Issues arose in respect of scope of duty, causation and diagnosis of the underlying condition.
- Acted in defence of a claim by a Lender against a solicitor alleged to have breached duties arising from a conveyancing transaction.
- Acted on behalf of a property developer in a claim to recover damages for loss of bargain and consequential losses against an investor who failed to complete on a number of property purchases. Judgment obtained for £120,000.
