Vilma acts in matters concerning both public and private residential landlord and tenant possession claims, unlawful eviction and claims arising out of nuisance and harassment, housing injunctions, ASBOs, disrepair claims, homelessness (including appeals to the county court) and other registered social landlord and tenant matters such as succession claims, tenants exercising their right to buy, the granting of tenancies and licenses to minors, etc.
Vilma regularly acts for both landlord and tenant, providing advisory and pleading services in addition to court work.
Vilma regularly lectures on various housing law topics some of which include: the granting of tenancies and licenses to minors, Committal proceedings, Housing Injunctions, Disrepair, Disability in the context of provision of housing, etc.
