Our Team

The industrial disease team was established as a sub-group to the personal injury team at Zenith Chambers to ensure the effective sharing of knowledge and expertise in this specialist area of work. It was done as a direct response to a need from our clients for barristers who have genuine ability and exceptional understanding of this often complex area of law.

Keeping abreast of legislative changes and new case law is essential to our success and that of our clients. The group’s client base comprises both claimant and defendant solicitors from across the region; many of who include specialist industrial disease practitioners.
