Elizabeth Darlington, a member of our Chancery Commercial and Property team will be a guest speaker CLT Conference on ‘Cohabitation and Practice’ in London on 18th November 2011.

Beth, who is a specialist in Cohabitation law, writes and edits a number of publications on the topic including: Sweet & Maxwell’s – ‘Cohabitation & Trusts of Land’ and ‘Cohabitation Law and Precedents.’

She will deliver a lecture on ‘Protecting the Interests of Cohabitations’ which will cover express declarations of trust; protection at the land registry and should a joint tenancy be severed?
