Julian Goose QC and Tom Storey are involved in another high profile prosecution, this time arising from the death of a 5 year old boy in Wakefield. Pazeer Ahmed Bhatti, 34, has been charged over the murder of his son who died in Pinderfield Hospital on 23rd January.
A Plea and Case Management Hearing is expected to take place on 24th April with the trial likely to be in the Autumn.
