We are delighted to announce the arrival of Peter Marcus to Zenith Chambers, Leeds.
Peter  was called to the Bar in 2004, and since then has gone on to speak at notable Housing conferences, including  those run by Jordan's Publishing. He advises listeners on Moneybox Live, BBC Radio 4, and writes for a number of publications including 'Inside Housing' and ' Environmental Health Practitioner'.
Peter brings with him a wealth of experience in both public and private sector housing, and local government.. He is regularly instructed for trials, advice and training in all areas of housing law, making him a perfect addition to our strong team here at Zenith.
With a reputation for being friendly and approachable, and  always aiming to deliver a quick efficient and cost effective service, Zenith is one of the only Chambers on the North Eastern Circuit to have a specialist, dedicated  housing team. It is widely regarded as pre-eminent in its field, with over 15 members undertaking a wide range of work, from representing clients at all stages of proceedings from tribunal and review panel representation to the Supreme Court.
