We are pleased to announce the arrival of Sarah Lawrenson and Derek Pye as Associate Tenants to Zenith Chambers, Leeds.

Sarah Lawrenson and Derek Pye have joined  the Zenith Chancery, Commercial and Property Team, as well as  the Construction and Engineering sub-group.
Individually they bring  a wealth of experience and expertise to the group, together they strengthen the already highly regarded Chancery, Commercial and Property team at Zenith.

Sarah has practised on the Northern Circuit ever since being called to the Bar in 2003, and now over 70% of her practice focuses on construction law. She frequently appears in the Technology and Construction Court, as well as the Chancery Division of the High Court.

Derek was called to the Bar in 2008 after a successful career in the contractor, sub-contractor, client and consultancy sides of the construction and engineering industries. Since then, Derek has had 3 reported cases and is in demand to speak on construction, professional negligence and aviation law.

Zenith is one of only a handful of Chambers on the North Eastern Circuit to have a specialist Chancery, Commercial and Property team. Sarah and Derek are joining  Zenith at an exciting time and will reinforce the large and versatile specialist team which already have a strong regional presence.
