Zenith Chambers has donated over £1400 to the Leeds Children’s Hospital, Clarendon Wing, garden.
For its annual Christmas Party, Zenith Chambers sold tickets to raise enough money to help create a wonderful new, colourful space at the hospital.
The ‘Winter Wonderland’ themed Christmas party was well attended by over 150 clients and guests as well as Zenith Chambers’ own members, staff and management team. Collectively they helped to raise in excess of £1400 for the hospital.
Mr David Crabbe, Paediatric Consultant, Leeds General Infirmary commented:
“This donation will allow us to create these new-look gardens which will be a colourful feature for many years to come. We are extremely grateful to Zenith Chambers for organising this very kind and practical donation.”
The money will be used to plant 115 low maintenance shrubs in a variety of shapes and colours, which will brighten up the Clarendon Wing.
Zenith is continuing its fundraising activities throughout the year to celebrate the10th Anniversary of the merger of the long-established chambers of 10 Park Square and 9 Woodhouse Square to form ‘Zenith Chambers’ in March 2001. They will be undertaking 10 charitable events over the course of the year, with the target of raising £10,000.
