Chris Smith, criminal barrister at Zenith Chambers recently appeared on behalf of the CPS in an unusual case relating the prosecution of a former York policeman for dangerous driving. Andy Easterby was found guilty of driving dangerously when he attempted to drive away from police whilst naked at the wheel of his car after having sex with his girlfriend.
