Stuart Jamieson, an experienced and popular personal injury barrister at Zenith Chambers, was the latest in a series of Zenith barristers to be interviewed by Garrison FM this week. Garrison FM is the army's own radio service for troops based in Britain and provides army news to soldiers, their families and the wider community. Army personnel had contacted the radio station with questions for Stuart relating to personal injury claims. He explained the implications that ‘combat immunity’ may have on a claim and how personal injury claims are considered within the context of army life.
