Feedback is welcome on all aspects of our business, but especially about the service we provide to professional and lay clients.

Our on-screen feedback form may be used to tell us what you think about our website, our seminar programme, our administration, or about the way in which your case was dealt with by a particular barrister or member of staff.

If you have a complaint about the handling of a particular case, you can choose to have it dealt with on a formal or informal basis. Informal complaints can be conveyed and discussed over the telephone with one of the Senior Clerks. Formal complaints should however be made in writing to Robin Butchard the Practice Director. To ensure we have all the relevant details, we suggest you print, complete and return our Formal Complaints Form, although you may prefer to write a letter instead.
