Andrew is a very experienced practitioner, having been called to the Bar over 20 years ago, and practiced in Leeds ever since.
His work is now exclusively in the field of personal injury law, and with a particular emphasis on cases involving alleged fraudulent or exaggerated claims.
Andrew is meticulous in his preparation, a robust and persuasive advocate, and with sound tactical judgment.
He sits as a Deputy District Judge (2015) and a Fee Paid Judge of the First Tier Tribunal assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber (2019). He is a member of the Personal Injury Bar Association (PIBA) and the North Eastern Circuit.
