Bronia has extensive experience acting for both claimants and defendants in credit

delivers training in this area.

Recent
Cases
- Employers' liability case where
the Claimant slipped and fell on snow and ice whilst carrying a bag of rock
salt to his stranded lorry, sustaining a serious knee injury. Schedule of Loss exceeding £300,000.
- Claim involving a protected party
who suffered a traumatic brain injury which caused temporary cortical blindness
and protracted PTSD.
- Claim involving complex issues
surrounding public rights of way and negligent nonfeasance towards members of
the public (a McGeown case).
- Employers' liability case where
the Claimant struck his face whilst securing the curtain side of his lorry. The Claimant suffered permanent nerve damage,
a closed head injury, PTSD and depression.
Personal Information
Bronia is a keen climber. She also enjoys walking, running and
