Frances
represents both claimants and defendants in a wide range of personal injury
matters including road traffic accidents, employers liability claims and public
liability claims. She has a particular interest in credit hire litigation and
defending fraudulent claims. She appears at hearings on both liability and quantum
and is also available to draft pleadings or to provide advice in writing or in
conference.
Frances has a keen interest in the field of credit hire litigation. She accepts instructions from both claimants and defendant insurers and is attuned to the various issues involved including the impact of litigation on the lay client. Frances has a wealth of experience in drafting pleadings in complex matters as well as drafting Part 18 requests and replies.
