Having been supervised by Ruwena Khan during pupillage, Jasmine has a growing personal injury practice.

Jasmine acts for both claimants and defendants. She is regularly instructed in small claims and fast track trials. Her workload includes road traffic accidents, employers’ liability and occupiers’ liability cases.

Jasmine is very experienced in credit hire litigation, acting for both Claimants and Defendants. She is regularly instructed in both small claim and fast track hearings, and frequently successfully argues issues of misrepresentation and enforceability of contracts.

Prior to commencing pupillage, Jasmine worked as a legal assistant to a leading personal injury silk. Many of the claims that she assisted with involved injuries of the most serious kind. She has also assisted on cases with an international element. Notable cases that Jasmine worked closely on include Vann v Ocidental-Companhia de Seguros S.A. [2015] EWCA Civ 572 and Knauer v Ministry of Justice [2016] UKSC 9.

In addition to her court practice, Jasmine is available to draft statements of case and advise on liability and quantum.
