Mark is an experienced practitioner, both in personal injury, and in family financial claims.
He has a Cambridge Double First, and holds 5 major competitive Bar scholarships.
In 2007, 2010 and 2015 Mark was appointed by the Attorney General is Junior Counsel to the Crown (regional panel), which allows him to be instructed by the Government Legal Service to undertake civil work for government departments and other publicly funded organisations.
Mark was appointed as a Deputy District Judge on the North Eastern Circuit in 2019.
