Maxine has a keen interest in housing litigation and accepts instructions to act at all stages of proceedings. Her practice covers landlord and tenant disputes, including claims for possession, unlawful eviction, disrepair, succession and anti-social behaviour injunctions.

Maxine drafts pleadings and provides advice across the spectrum of housing litigation and is able to turn papers around within a short timeframe on request.

AREAS OF PRACTICE

As pupil to Nicola Phillipson and Sarah Greenan, Maxine gained experience across the full spectrum of housing law cases. She is particularly familiar with:

  • Anti-social behaviour (ASBOs, nuisance, drugs)
  • Disrepair claims and counterclaims
  • Possession and injunctive proceedings
