Full StoryWe are a leading Personal Injury team on the North Eastern Circuit with a national reputation.
We undertake work on behalf of Claimants and Defendants in broadly equal proportions. The team undertakes claims ranging from minor road traffic accidents and EL to catastrophic injuries and fatal accidents. Specialist sub-groups within the team include clinical negligence, industrial disease and costs.
We are the chosen panel Chambers of a number of national firms, major insurers, public utilities and local authorities.
Working in conjunction with other teams in Chambers we are able to deal with all aspects of injury related litigation, including HSE prosecutions, public inquiries, inquests and public law challenges.
